One-to-one sessions with programs designed for your body and your goals. Especially suited for seniors who want safe, effective training, but suitable for anyone at any stage of life.

Group Classes £50 a session (£25 each)

Train with a friend in a supportive, low-pressure class.
You'll each receive a program designed specifically for you, and we'll work through it together. Perfect if you're new to fitness or feeling nervous about getting started.

Who
I am

I found the gym seven years ago after a severe illness. Before that, I never saw myself as someone who would train or spend time in a gym. I didn't really see the value in it. The illness affected my ability to walk, and I spent a long period in regular physiotherapy before I was able to walk comfortably again.

Those physio sessions were done in a group setting, and over time the people around me became friends. That environment, the shared effort and support, was the moment I fell in love with training. Up until then, the pub had been where I spent most of my social time and where I felt a sense of community. After my recovery, the gym took that place and became my community hub instead, in afar healthier way.

Since then, I've made a long-term commitment to fitness. Over the past year, I've taken that commitment a step further by deciding to turn it into my profession, focusing on helping others build strength, confidence, and consistency in their own training.
